Simultaneously detects or quantifies both Total Coliforms and Escherichia coli.
Presence/ Absence Test
Step 1: Add reagent to sample and incubate at 35°C ±0.5°C for 24 hours
Step 2: Read results
Colorless = Negative
Yellow = Total Coliforms
Yellow/Fluorescent = E. coli

Quantification Test:
Step 1: Add Reagent to sample and mix well
Step 2: Pour sample into Quanti-Tray (count from 1 to 200) or Quanti-Tray/2000 (count from 1 to 2,419)
Step 3: Seal in Quanti-Tray Sealer and place into incubator for 24 hours at 35°C ±0.5°C
Step 4: Read Quanti-tray or Quanti-tray/2000 results
Yellow wells = Total Coliforms
Yellow/Fluorescent wells = E. coli
Count positive wells and refer to MPN table
