Introducing the Warranty Plus Program
All products manufactured by HACH are warrantied against defect that are due to faulty material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment. Hach Malaysia further provide an additional one-year warranty for the same coverage mentioned above, upon the customer opt for the additional one-year warranty, starting from the first day following the expiry of the original warranty period (hereinafter referred to as Hach Warranty Plus).
Hach Warranty Plus can be obtained with the purchase of Hach Products. Coverage includes Hach Product (comprising of all related parts).

WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY
If a valid claim submitted during the Warranty Plus Period, Hach upon assessment will, at its option and/or sole discretion either, (i) repair the Hach Product using new or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability or (ii) replace the Hach Product with a product that is at least functionally equivalent to the Hach Product and is formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. A replacement part of Hach Product, installed in accordance with instructions provided by Hach, eligible for the remaining term of the Warranty Plus Period or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is later. When a Hach Product or part is replaced, any replacement item becomes the property of the purchaser, and the replaced item becomes Hach’s property.

PROGRAM APPLICABILITY
This program is valid for both new and equipment in used. Equipment in used, limit to less than 4 years (1st year covered by factory warranty, the subsequent 3 years, valid to purchase Warranty+. Renewal annually.) from shipment date or DO signed, whichever comes first.
SUPPORT SCHEME
Analyzers that are previously supported by other vendors is eligibile for the Warranty Plus Program if the instrument passes the inspection done by Hach Malaysia’s engineer. Once the certifixate is issued, customers will need to replace consumables as recommended in manual and calibration perform by Hach Malaysia’s Engineer/Technician.
