Simultaneously detects both Total Coliforms and Escherichia coli; positive results have a distinct magenta color. Results valid through 48 hours.

- Distinct magenta color means there's no mistaking a positive result
- The Colisure Test also suppresses high levels of non coliforms, including Aeromonas
- The Colisure Test is U.S. EPA approved and included in Standard Methods for Examination of Water and Wastewater

Presence/ Absence Test
Step 1: Add reagent to sample and incubate at 35°C ±0.5°C for 24 hours
Step 2: Read results
Yellow = Negative
Magenta = Total Coliforms
Magenta/Fluorescent = E. coli

Quantification Test:
Step 1: Add Reagent to sample and mix well
Step 2: Pour sample into Quanti-Tray (count from 1 to 200) or Quanti-Tray/2000 (count from 1 to 2,419)
Step 3: Seal in Quanti-Tray Sealer and place into incubator for 24 hours at 35°C ±0.5°C
Step 4: Read Quanti-tray or Quanti-tray/2000 results
Magenta wells = Total Coliforms
Magenta/Fluorescent wells = E. coli
Count positive wells and refer to MPN table
